From the images that I can find on your 2021.5 Forest River Sabre 377FLL it appears that it uses the Lippert 1621 pin box. The Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # RP85FR is the correct replacement for the Lippert 1621 pin box. You can verify that is what you have by the sticker on the pin box itself. From what I was able to determine in my research, it looks like the 2005 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite is 21-feet 8-inches long and 90 inches wide, so the Alpha Systems Superflex # AL59UV should work since it provides 25-ft x 9-1/2 feet (237 sq/ft of coverage). If that distance is 6-1/2 inches or pretty close to that this will work great for you.
